DesignBite will carefully inspect the products before shipment and arrange for dispatch as soon as everything is confirmed to be in order.


Shipping Time

Once DesignBite confirms the receipt of full payment, we will arrange for shipment on the next business day. Delivery to the designated address typically takes 3-5 business days.

If there is a delay in delivery or an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

 

Shipping Method

DesignBite collaborates with professional logistics partners to arrange shipment immediately after payment is completed.

The delivery personnel will contact the buyer prior to delivery to confirm the preferred delivery time for a smooth receipt of the goods.

Please note that shipping and package delivery services will be suspended during holidays.

You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting "My Account - Order Inquiry."
 

  • Preparing for Shipment: This means we have received your order, and the items are being packaged.\
  • Shipped: This indicates that the items have been handed over to the logistics company for delivery.

 

Delivery Guidelines

  1. If you have urgent shipping needs, please confirm the product and delivery time with us in advance to avoid any unnecessary disputes.
  2. In the event of national holidays, shipments will be postponed to the next business day. We appreciate your understanding.
  3. For remote areas with special terrain limitations, the company reserves the right to decide whether or not to ship.
  4. In cases of special circumstances such as typhoons, earthquakes, or floods, please understand that deliveries will be delayed.
  5. If you have made full payment and have not received your order after 5 days, please email us or call 04-24911153 #33, and we will handle it promptly.
  6. If we find insufficient stock or defects during the preparation of shipment, our team will notify you and confirm the shipping details.
  7. DesignBite currently primarily serves Taiwan's main island. If you need delivery to other countries or regions, please contact DesignBite's official LINE: @designbite, and we will arrange for a specialist to get in touch with you.
  8. Product delivery does not include location or wall installation services.
