Ordering Process
Product Condition Description
The color and grain of the product are based on the actual item. Due to factors such as camera angles, lighting, screen display, and color settings, the product images may have slight color differences from the actual product. The wood grain of solid wood furniture comes from natural growth, making each product’s wood grain unique. The color may vary slightly due to the depth of the grain or screen settings. Please refer to the actual product for color and wood grain. Products are shipped randomly, and we cannot accommodate requests for specific wood grain or marble patterns.

Credit Card Payment
DesignBite Asia Pacific website follows the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) internet transaction protocol and supports four major credit card payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay. Simply enter your credit card details and submit your order to complete your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, we will immediately send an email to your inbox to confirm the order details. You can also view your order history anytime in "My Account."
Mobile Payment
We offer three mobile payment methods: Line Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can complete your payment directly online. After filling in your details and submitting your order, your purchase will be complete. We will immediately send an order confirmation email to your inbox, reminding you of the items you’ve ordered. You can also view your order history anytime in "My Account."
PayPal Payment
When you choose PayPal as your payment method, a new window will pop up, redirecting you to the PayPal login page.
Free Evaluation Period
According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have a 7-day evaluation period starting from the day the product is delivered (the day after receiving the product, including holidays, based on the delivery receipt or postmark). If you wish to return the product, please submit your request within the 7-day period. Late requests will not be accepted.
Please note, the evaluation period is not a trial period. If there are any issues with the product, do not open or use it, and follow the return policy for processing. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging (including the product, accessories, packaging, gifts, etc.), or returns will not be accepted. We will process the return request as soon as it is received.
